User Information:
Your Name: Name Surname
E-mail Address: user@your-domain.com

Server Information:
Incoming (POP3) Mail Server: pop.your-domain.com
Outgoing (SMTP) Server: smtp.your-isp.com
Account Name: user@your-domain.com
Password: Mailbox Password

("your-domain.com" refers to the name of your registered domain with eConsultant)

Guidelines for Email Account set-up:

  1. Launch Microsoft Outlook/Express
  2. Select 'Tools' form the top menu bar
  3. Select 'Accounts'
  4. Select the 'Mail' tab
5. Click the 'Add' button; Select 'Mail' (Screenshot); The Internet Connection Wizard will appear
6. Enter Your Name (to appear in your emails) (Screenshot)
7. Enter your E-Mail address (Screenshot)
8. Enter the E-Mail Server Names information as per sample configuration above (Screenshot)
9. Enter your Account Name as username@yourdomain.com and Password (Screenshot)
10. Your Outlook/Express mail program should now be set up to send and receive mail (Screenshot)

If you are unable to use the SMTP server of your ISP or if you have an existing account, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Launch Microsoft Outlook/Express
  2. Select 'Tools' form the top menu bar
  3. Select 'Accounts'
  4. Select the 'Mail' tab
5. Double click on the mail account to open 'Properties' (Screenshot)
  6. Select the second tab 'Servers'
7. Enter smtp.your-domain.com in the Outgoing SMTP field (Screenshot)
  8. Select 'My server requires authentication' under the 'Outgoing Mail Server' section
  9. Select 'OK' to complete the change
